We’re delighted to present this superbly original Tudor Prince Date chronograph, model reference 79260P.
This 40mm chronograph has the rare red index dial with red sub dials, date at 3 o’clock and inset seconds. Presented on a full length original red Tudor signed leather strap.
The watch has the original Tudor Triplock crown and the case back engraved TUDOR PRINCE GENEVA.
Supplied new by David Morris International Watches Selfridges in London on the 17th June 2002. We have the original Tudor box and outer, the manual booklet, a service receipt from a Tudor AD (Pragnell Stratford Upon Avon), and a Tudor NFC Service card showing that is under Tudor warranty until 12.2025 following a full overhaul.
The serial number would date this watch to 1998, but it dates from a time when watches could sit in a dealers window for years before being sold.
A superb example of a late Tudor/Rolex Prince Chronograph, which at the time of listing is the only example in this colourway for sale in the UK.
