The procedure for sourcing pre-owned luxury watches is straightforward, and we take full responsibility for the process.
First, you let us know what you're looking for. Whether you have a specific watch in mind or just key elements like the year, colour, and size; along with your budget.
We then search for options on a completely obligation-free basis.
Once we've found a few suitable options, we'll email you the details. If any of them appeal to you, we'll finalise the key elements in writing, known as the 'Final Specification.'
You pay a 50% deposit, and we purchase the watch. Your commitment to the purchase is contingent on the watch meeting the specifications in the 'Final Specification' email. Ensuring that the responsibility remains with us to deliver exactly what you have requested.
Once the watch is received we will inspect the watch and confirm that it meets the ‘Final Specification’, you pay the remaining balance and we ship the watch to you. If it doesn’t, we refund your deposit.
Please note, your deposit will only be refunded if the watch fails to meet the specifications we guaranteed in the 'Final Specification' email. Since we acquire the watch specifically for you, we cannot refund the deposit if you change your mind for any other reason.
