The procedure for sourcing pre-owned luxury watches is straightforward, and we take full responsibility for the process.
First, you let us know what you're looking for. Whether you have a specific watch in mind or just key elements like the year, colour, and size; along with your budget.
We then search for options on a completely obligation-free basis.
Once we've found a few suitable options, we'll share with you the details. If any of them appeal to you, we'll finalise the key elements in writing (referred to as 'email' but this could be via message), known as the 'Final Specification.'
You pay a 50% deposit, and we purchase the watch. Your commitment to the purchase is contingent on the watch meeting the specifications in the 'Final Specification' email, which ensures the responsibility remains with us to deliver exactly what you have requested. By paying your deposit and confirming the Final Specification, you acknowledge that the watch is being sourced exclusively to your instructions, and that the statutory 14-day cancellation right does not apply to this transaction.
Once the item is received we will inspect the watch and confirm that it meets the ‘Final Specification’, you pay the remaining balance and we ship the watch to you. If it doesn’t, we refund your deposit.
Please note, your deposit will only be refunded if the watch fails to meet the specifications guaranteed in the 'Final Specification' email. Because we acquire the watch exclusively to fulfil your specific order, it falls outside the scope of the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We cannot refund the deposit if you change your mind for any other reason once the Final Specification has been agreed and the deposit paid. This is a bespoke, personalised, sourcing service.
This process has consistently proven successful. Check out our Trustpilot reviews to see for yourself and reach out to us with confidence.
