We want every customer to feel confident buying from us. All watches purchased online, by email, or over the phone from our standard stock are covered by a 14-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied, return the watch in the same condition it was sold in and we will issue a full refund.
Returning a watch
You are welcome to try the watch and assess it properly when it arrives. What we ask is that you handle it with the same care you would expect from us. A watch returned in the same condition it left us will always receive a full refund.
If a watch comes back needing work that was not needed when it left us, whether that is a polish, a strap, or any other restoration, we will deduct the actual cost of that work from your refund. We will always tell you what that cost is before we apply it, and we will provide documentation to support it. The deduction will reflect nothing more than what it genuinely costs to return the watch to the condition it was in when we sold it.
Protective stickers, where present, must remain in place. A watch returned with stickers removed, or showing signs of wear beyond reasonable handling, may receive a reduced refund for the same reason.
Return postage
Unless a watch is faulty, return postage is the customer's responsibility. We insure every watch we send to you during transit. If you are returning a watch, please arrange adequate insurance cover for its full value.
Hand delivery purchases
The 14-day return right does not apply to purchases completed via hand delivery, as you will have had the opportunity to inspect and try the watch before completing the purchase.
Sourced watches
Watches sourced specifically to your instructions are not covered by the standard 14-day return right. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the cancellation right does not apply to goods acquired exclusively to a customer's specification. When we source a watch for you, we purchase it on your behalf based on a written Final Specification agreed between us. A sourced watch can only be returned if it fails to meet that agreed specification, or if it is faulty. Please see our Sourcing Procedure page for full details.
